They comprise: site plan; lower ground floor; diagrammatic layout, underfloor service ducts; ground floor; Senate house, ground floor; first floor; second floor; third floor; fourth floor; fifth floor; south elevation; east elevation; north elevation; cross section; typical detail of double hung windows; preliminary sketches showing proposed method of precasting; and sun control, data and analysis. The plans for the different floor levels describe some of the future occupant positions for selected rooms.

One volume of 51 plans for the Job A37 J.D. Story Administration Building The University of Queensland. Previously held together with three metal holders Drawings are numbered 3 to 41A. Some drawings have a second version. Drawings 1, 2, 10, 21 and 41 are missing. On the cover there are titles for 40 drawings, however there is a drawing number 41A that appears to belong to this volume. Drawings date from Mar to Jun1964. The construction of Stage III commenced in July 1967 and was completed in June 1968. This volume comprises 13 drawings and a general notes page. It was previously held together metal staples. From cover page creators are James Birrell & Partners (Architect) and Antony Tod & Partners (Consulting Structural Engineer). All drawings are dated June 1967. General notes page and all drawings have the drawing no. number 2221, followed by a running sheet number from 1 to 14.
