Originally in envelope (now discarded) with handwritten note on front: 'A treatment for a film based on the epic Gilgamesh titled 'The Forest' by David Byrne. Part of the same process (with Robert Wilson) that resulted in the production of The Forest at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, NY in 1988.' Also contains preservation copies of faxes on heat sensitive paper.
