Two almost identical volumes for stage 2 of the J.D. Story Administration Building by J.P. Birrell and Antony Tod. The difference between the two is the additional numbers on the second copy for the 'Bending lists'. These are the structural architectural plans for the building with two Ref numbers: 1822 and 1066. One plan from March 1966 for hanger rods for the air conditioning platform.

The proposed Chemistry Annex was to be situated along Circular Drive (now Staff House Road) sitting in a small vacant piece of land adjacent to two wings of the Chemistry building, beside the bookshop, about where the current Global Change Institute sits. These three plans are of the existing chemistry building and are dated, 3rd, 5th and 7th October 1964.

This file has the initial drawings James Birrell designed while University Architect and those by Scorer and Scorer when given the initial commission in 1966. Birrell designed several pilot plans that were very different to the final built proposal. The sketch plans Birrell presented to the Buildings and Ground committee were approved for submission to Australian Universities Commission (A.U.C.), who approved the plans on 24 January 1967.

In this file there are preliminary plans for the proposed Agriculture and Entomology Building, designed by Birrell while University Architect. Drawings:

Scorer and Scorer were initially given the commission by the Co-ordinator General of Public Works for the Agriculture and Entomology Building. With the death of Fred Scorer in 1966, James Birrell purchased his firm and with it came the commission for the Agriculture and Entomology Building. Job no. M3 Preventative Medicine Laboratory consists of 11 working drawings, ink line drawings on tracing paper, sheets are numbered sequentially 1 to 11, and dated 1964 to 1965.
