The report to this interdepartmental committee, co­authored by R. J. Howatson, R. Pavlyshyn and V. Doyle, takes into consideration R. Pavlyshyn's advanced options for "recycling" the verandas of the Bellevue Hotel and providing accommodation for the National Science Centre. The proposal was researched but later rejected.
