Nine files of notes and other personal papers.

In 1967 Cottrell-Dormer was employed by the South Pacific Commission to conduct an agricultural extension survey. The 12 files in this series consist of his personal copies of the reports he wrote and submitted to the Commission between 1967-1973.

One scrapbook and a file of photographs, mostly relating to Cottrell-Dormer's activities in Papua New Guinea.

1479 35mm slide mounted transparencies, most individually captioned. Slides were arranged into subject files by the creator, as outlined below. Also 39 35mm negatives.

Lyrics, music, script and other documents. R. O'Connor, F. C. Francis & W. J. Buckley wrote the music and lyrics for the musical comedy "Tangles". W. H. Butland was the arranger. "Tangles" was first broadcast on radio, 8 Nov 1928. It was revised for the next broadcast 7 Jan 1929. It was renamed "Matrimonial tangles" and performed again 11 July 1934.
