Mansion enclave, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Eleven architectural drawings. Client: Kuala Lumpur developer. Brief: Design, documentation. Job: Residence for Tan Sri Low, Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur. Dated 23 Oct 1997. The residence was in distinct zones - one as a private residence and the other for public functions. The total of the floor area for all levels was over 6000ms. Thiedeke never saw the finished product.

Hebel test house, Armidale, New South Wales

Three architectural drawings with Title block showing architectural firm as Arkitekto Thiedeke, dated 1993. Two smaller drawings and one set of five drawings stapled together. Client: Retired academic. Brief: A residence to replace an old country farmhouse; the house was designed as a prefabricated unit to be delivered direct from the factory and assembled in a few weeks. Unbuilt.

Duplex units, Hope Island, Gold Coast

Client: Gold course developer. Brief: Concept designs for luxury two bed, two car, two storey duplex villas for a golfing resort; the architecture was to have a 'post modern, Australian classic' character. The Champion's retreat design was based on a cluster of six villas with entries focused on a vehicular courtyard and an arbour over the front entry. No title block.

Residence, Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast

Two ink line and coloured pen drawings on paper dated, 10 Aug 1992; and 4 ink line drawings on tracing paper. No Title Block. Client: Residence for Mr. F. Remmele, Lot 8 Little Nerang Road Mudgeeraba, a South Australian 'Black Friday' bushfire survivor. Brief: Design for a single person. To be constructed as fireproof as possible. Thiedeke's research indicated an all Hebel structure would suit the client's brief. Hebel is precast aerated concrete produced in panels and blocks.
