On the cover page of the original typescript version it says 'by Julie Millard' with name and London address of Dorothy Blewett in the bottom left-hand corner. Unsure if Julie Millard was someone Blewett represented as a literary agent or if it is another pseudonym. Blewett lived in London in the 1950s.
