Four photocopies of architectural plans drawn by Anketell & K. Henderson for the new premises of the Bank of Australasia located on the corner of Queen and Wharf Streeets, Brisbane. The first plan includes elevations. This building began construction in ca. 1927. The Bank of Australasia was sold by the ANZ Bank in 1981. It was later demolished. Berkman used the stones from the building for the Garms house in Tennyson.

Two handwritten letters with the address of Bribie Island, Moreton Bay, dated 1 Dec 1927 and 4 Feb 1928 to Edith Mary England, literary and personal. Letter of 1927 contains some biographical details.

Three maps of New Britain. The earliest map, dated 1927, shows New Britain in relation to surrounding islands and the New Guinea mainland. It includes an index of properties and places, and shows plantations and trading stations. The other two maps were issued by the U.S. Army in 1943 and show sections of New Britain. An accompanying note by Anne McCosker states the maps were used by Stan McCosker during the war years.

Papers relating to Sibyl Bell (Theodora Sybil Francis Needham) (1877-1945): Eulogy for Nigel Hugh St George Gore (1922-2008), 2008 [Sybil was the daughter of Grace Gore]; Correspondence, 2008; Letters to Sibyl Bell from her son Peter (Colin Basil Peter Bell (1902-1976)) and her daughter in law Hilda Bell (nee Walsh), 1936 to 1937.

This file includes: ticket stubs, three half pence stamp, layout for Qwerty keyboard, travel timetables, newsletters, Sydney Hospital ulcer diet for ambulatory patients from 1945, TAA and Ansett tickets, Diet list (3 copies), business cards, page with eye and neck exercises, Abbotsford series students' day book with daily menu taken from 'Diet scheme from the Diabetic A.B.C.' by Dr Lawrence 1935 (with pamphlets with directions for insulin injections), and brochure "Come to Winton for the outback festival" August 1972.
