Brief: A beach house capable of entertaining visiting international cultural groups, especially the Moscow Circus and Russian Ballet. The inspiration for the design was primarily the sand castle. A sculptured form reflecting the contours of the beach landscape. The brief required the maximum utilisation of available site area, hence the 'box' configuration. It had a variety of owners and international celebrity guests in its 27-year lifespan. It was demolished in the last 2010s. Various Project numbers: 811-161, 811-224, 811-225.
