This file consists of one school exercise book of newspaper cuttings featuring Kath Walker and a folder one folder of newspaper cuttings, many undated, on various subjects related to Aboriginal civil and human rights. Articles about her political statements with miscellaneous articles about other Aboriginal people, and about the poor living conditions, education and welfare of Aboriginal people throughout Australia. Some articles on other Aboriginal activists.

This file includes; various itineraries; leaflets and handouts regarding Expo 88; Kath Walker election material; two flyers and a ribbon with 'ALP Kath Walker for Greenslopes'; Application by Kath Walker and material for Honorary Warden with the Archaeology Branch Department of Aboriginal and Islander Advancement; 1 students notebook with handwritten notes; events and programmes; promotional material on the programme 'Roots'; handwritten shopping lists; 1980 calendar; newspaper cutting from The Telegraph from 21 Nov 1945 of returning prisoners of war, one of whom is Private E. Ruska of Dunwich; a photograph holder (photograph missing) from Lennons Hotel; and handwritten notes by an undetermined author.

One folder has newspaper cuttings from 1978 to 1979 with the original folder marked "Uranium". Also included in this folder is undated newspaper cuttings. The second folder contains cuttings from 1976 to 1981 featuring articles about statements made by Kath Walker regarding the Aboriginal cause.

This file consists of three items:

1. A Collins Australian Diary for 1959 with 11 pages of newspaper cuttings regarding Kath Walker's activities in promoting Aboriginal rights (rest of diary is empty) from 1961 - 1972.
2. A photograph album (half full) of newspaper cuttings regarding Kath Walker's activities in promoting Aboriginal rights, with one article about her son Vivian Walker (1971). Articles are either dated 1966 or 1971
3. One photograph album with six pages of newspaper cuttings regarding Oodgeroo's activities in promoting Aboriginal rights, 1961 - 1967
