Ephemera from the Taking to the Streets : two decades that changed Brisbane 1965 - 1985 Exhibition by the Museum of Brisbane from 7 April to 10 September 2006. The exhibition was developed with the support of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Fryer Library, Dr Raymond Evans and numerous individuals. This file includes an invitation, a flyer and a broadsheet.

Compiled by Cliff Jones, this file includes programmes, press opinions, contracts, letters, newspaper cuttings, certificates, a note from Nellie Melba and two photographs (copies) of Ethel Osborn, signed and autographed to her mother. All photocopies.

Two T-shirts: 'Crush Kerr's Coup' T-shirt. T-shirt made as part of the University of Queensland staff and student campaign against the dismissal of the Whitlam Government (perhaps by the Aunty Shadbolt Spirit of Liberty newspaper collective) in November 1975. Also, 'Hecate' T-shirt, made to celebrate the first issue of 'Hecate' in January 1975.

Includes photographs of Luxor, Cairo, Australian military hospitals in Egypt, Anzac beach, Australian military hospitals and personnel on Lemnos Island off Gallipoli, and Queenslanders who served in No. 3, Australian General Hospital, Australian Army Medical Corps. James-Wallace and nurses of the 3AGH were photographed by Private Albert William Savage, from whom it is said James-Wallace purchased 116 photographs. Handwritten captions with each photograph. Second album labelled: 'Lemnos Photos.'

Programmes, syllabi, correspondence, and circulars. Includes letter to J.J. Stable appointing him President of the Society (1923 Aug 4).

Holograph and typescript. Burkitt Family papers, photographs, sketches, newspaper clippings. Also Slater's Queensland Almanac for 1882 with manuscript diary notes. Photographs including Cooktown, the Queensland Government steam yacht Lucinda, and ships Griffin and Sea Breeze.

Scrapbooks containing newspaper cuttings, scorecards and other statistical information relating to the University of Queensland Cricket Club. William Edward Pender (WEP) Harris and his brother, John Harris had compiled records from the Club's beginning in 1912 to 1940. After the Club's records were inadvertently thrown out, John Biggs worked to restore the records for 1912 to 1940 but continued to collate them as a century project.

One compact disc with photographs of productions of 'As You Like It', 'Pericles', 'Coriolanus' and 'The Madness of King Lear'; programs of 'The Two Gentlemen of Verona', 'Coriolanus' and 'The Madness of King Lear' and advertising flyers for 'The Two Gentlemen of Verona' and 'Coriolanus'.
