Correspondence, event elphemera, tour intineraries, contact lists and event attendance lists, newspaper cuttings, minutes, reports, photographs, scrapbooks and audio-cassette tapes relating to the activities of the Shanti Nilayana Australia and The Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Association (Australia) Ltd, and to Rita Ward's involvement with these organisations. Ward was a prominent figure in the Australian organisations and an associate of Kubler-Ross.

The Thomas W. Shapcott Papers contain original manuscripts and typescripts of a number of his literary works, including poems, short stories, novels, plays and libretti. Other typescripts included relate to editorial work, translations, reviews and reader reports. There are also a number of typescripts by other authors sent to Shapcott for review.
