From second page it records income received and expenses ('paid out') from property, profession and dividends from 25 Oct 1961 to 7 Jun 1963. At the back of book are 'Costs in connection with house at 74 Victoria Street' from 16 Aug 1960 to Sep 1961. Pasted in towards the end are dividends from April to Sep 1965.

Some of these records can be attributed to her parents, mostly likely her father, Bill Mayo, as Daphne was in Europe in the late 1930s. From 14 August 1938 the cottage is rented to 'Mayo'. The Studio to rented to Vida from September 1938.
