Photograph album with spine title sticky taped: Album of Queensland Government Building Projects Completed 1968-1985: Presented to Roman Pavlyshyn, Director, Division of Building, on his retirement, 2nd July 1985, by Claude Wharton, Minister for Works. Embossed on cover of album R. Pavlyshyn. Includes a listing of positions held with the Division of Building from May 1958 to Jan 1984. There are 29 black and white photographs, and 65 colour photographs of buildings Pavlyshyn was involved with during these time which includes: photographs of models; completed buildings; and a few construction photographs.

Containing magazine and newspaper articles (mainly relating to cultural matters), autograph lists (‘Digger Expressions’, ‘Words Overused by the Army’), mimeographed army circulars, cartoons (both original and printed), ephemera, correspondence. Two pages of rejection slips, Cuttings relating to the ‘Ern Malley’ hoax on the magazine Angry Penguins cover a total of four pages (another five in the second scrapbook. Loosely inserted are ten letters to Gordon, dating from 1945 and 1946, including correspondence relating to the magazines ‘Under the Atebrin Moon’ and ‘Coast to Coast’, as well as a letter from Australian CEMA declining a film script.

Containing magazine and newspaper articles (mainly relating to cultural matters), autograph lists (‘Digger Expressions’, ‘Words Overused by the Army’), mimeographed army circulars, cartoons (both original and printed), ephemera, correspondence. With two pages of rejection slips and letters (1944 and 1946) under the heading ‘They’ll Be Sorry’. Cuttings relating to the ‘Ern Malley’ hoax on the magazine Angry Penguins cover a total five gaes (a further four pages in the third Scrapbook).

Personal diary kept between 1942 and 1944 during war service in Australia and New Guinea.
Thirteen monthly sections, each separately paginated: February 1943 (beginning with p.13 of that month) to March 1944, loosely inserted into a black cloth binder.
Loosely inserted is a letter of recommendation from Gordon's employers Broken Hill South Limited, dated 8 July 1949.
