This volume has several introductions. First, 11.2-5, dated 1910; second, 11.1-50 dated 1909. These are prose. Third, in verse, entitled: Epistle to the Rev. W. Osbord Lilley, F.R.H.S. 11.51-65. The text, which is a long epic poem, 11.66-161, typescript with some holograph emendations and additions; the remainder of the volume contains notes on the text.
