Construction details, Scale 1/2" = 1'. -- Sheet no. 3. Details of deck and bridge and gangway, Scale 1/2" =1'. -- Sheet no. 4. Works and scales as shown. The second set of duplicate blueprints have been annotated and heavily used.
[Item 9] The final blueprint is a 'Contour Survey - Reserve for Life Saving Purposes - Caloundra' by A. J. Blakeway, Authorised Surveyor, dated 7 May 1948, 41 x 30 cm.

The Landsborough Shire Council accepted the conditions submitted by Kershaw for the preparation of plans and supervision of construction for the new surf club house on 26 Oct 1948. Tenders were called in January 1955. This file has correspondence regarding the club house and specificiations.
