Bank of Australasia, cnr Queen & Wharf Streets, Brisbane

Four photocopies of architectural plans drawn by Anketell & K. Henderson for the new premises of the Bank of Australasia located on the corner of Queen and Wharf Streeets, Brisbane. The first plan includes elevations. This building began construction in ca. 1927. The Bank of Australasia was sold by the ANZ Bank in 1981. It was later demolished. Berkman used the stones from the building for the Garms house in Tennyson.

Fifteen architectural plans drawn by Conrad and Gargett of the ANZ Bank (formerly the Bank of Australasia) on the corner of Queen and Wharf Streets, Brisbane. This building was sold by the ANZ Bank in 1981 and was later demolished. Berkman used the stones from the building for the Garms house in Tennyson.

Ye Old Courthouse Restaurant, 1 Paxton Street, Cleveland

19 drawings by architect Greg Berkman for Harry and Ann Garms for renovation to The Courthouse. The Garms turned the building into a restaurant called "Ye Old Courthouse" (also know as "Olde Courthouse Restaurant" and now "The Courthouse Restaurant"). The drawings include concept drawings, plans for new covered areas, ground floor and site plan, elevations, drainage, ventilation, and electrical plans, and kitchen details. Drawings 4-1a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4-2 and 4-3 are unnumbered. Includes kitchen details, foundation setout, electrical plan, floor slab and partition setout, timber framing details and wardrobe details. Three plans, Job no. 7-1a to 7-1c are dated Jan 1977 and have no drawing numbers. All other plans are undated.
