Title at top of plan: House on the Waterworks Road for Mr Geo. Herbert. Scale 8' to 1". Includes: [floor]plan, front and side elevations, section A-A. In the center of drawing is a hand written note: "These are the drawings referred to in my tender dated Aug 7.01 and under which I agree to work." and is signed "Wm Tunbridge, Witness M Wm Haenke". Underneath the scale is the stamp of M Wm. Haenke and in bottom right-hand corner it is stamped 'M. Wm. Haenke. Architect & C, Ipswich" with the handwritten date of July 29/01. Watercolour on cartridge.
Note in top left-hand corner of the plan: "Mar 2/07. Copy of this house taken for Mrs. N. Meston, North Pine. Stumps 6' 6" out of grown. Verandah on side A."
On the reverse of the plan that are two hand drawn floor plans for a house and notes which are largely indecipherable.
