Liquor Reform Society (1943-?).
Objectives - To reduce the alcoholic content of beer, to ration spirits, to establish a federal body to control the liquor industry, to amend liquor laws in keeping with the above and to have all liquor laws rigidly enforced.

London-trained psychiatrist, migrated to Australia in 1922 and lived in Brisbane from 1927. In 1940 Bostock was appointed research professor of medical psychology at the University of Queensland. He wrote The Dawn of Australian Psychiatry in 1951, and retired from his university post in 1962.
