Biographical history
David Unaipon was a Ngarrandjeri author, preacher and inventor. Born at Point McLeay Mission, South Australia in 1872, he travelled widely around Australia throughout his life, lecturing, preaching and collecting stories and knowledge from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
