33 palm leaf strips ; 4 x 40 cm. Content not identified; possibly poetry or religious. Each leaf bears 16 lines of script. Edges of palm leaf strips painted in red and gold. Strips held together by cord through both ends.
Accompanied by one leaf typescript describing item and its provenance; and one letter (typescript; J.S. Furnivall, dated 29 May 1946, to Librarian, University of Queensland) containing some interpretative comments about the manuscript.
