Biographical history

Colin Anfield Hughes, born on 4 May 1930, was Professor of Political Science at University of Queensland from 1989 to 1995. He served on the Queensland Electoral and Administrative Review Commission (1989-1993) which investigated the electoral system and public administration of the state and local government authorities of Queensland.
