History

Edwards Bisset and Partners (ca. 1964-1997) was the partnership of Philip Arthur Bryce Edwards (1915-1987) and Philip Bisset (1921-2010). This partnership was the successor firm both to Donoghue and Fulton (1937-1946), to Donoghue, Cusick and Edwards (1947-1960) and Cusick, Edwards, Bisset & Partners (1960-1964). About four years later, when Sidney Cusick retired, the firm was renamed Edwards, Bisset & Partners (1964-1977), and it retained this name, even after Philip Edwards retired in 1981. The firm eventually went out of business, and the company Edwards, Bisset & Partners Pty Ltd was deregistered in January 1997.
