Objectives - To select and endorse suitable candidates for election as aldermen to the city of Brisbane on a no salary, non-political and non-sectarian basis, with the proviso that they be subject to recall; progressive liquidation of the city's 49 million pounds consolidated debt; reduction of rates and other charges; to implement a system of local government based on the shire system.
