Barry Eastwood Christophers. Born 6 September 1922. A medical practitioner, executive member of the Federal Council for the Advance of Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders, secretary of the Federal Council for Aboriginal Advancement's Equal Wages Committee, and president of the Council for Aboriginal Rights (Victoria). Died 15 November 2020.
