Phil Jack, thought to be born in 1926, contributed to the research conducted by Paul Memmott and the Aboriginal Environments Research Centre in various locations around the Gulf Country region during the 1970s. Was a member of the Lardil peoples of Mornington Island. Died on 15 September 1995.
